Last week 2 Ennis and 2 Farah made a visit to Colchester Zoo as part of their learning in Geography (On Safari) and Science (Animals and their Habitats).
We were lucky enough to take part in a workshop on Animal Habitats, and were even able to stroke real leopard's fur to consider how animals adapt to their surroundings.
We had a lovely picnic and continued our adventures around the zoo. We managed to see so many animals, including those we have been learning about for our project on Safaris in Geography.
Some of us were so exhausted after all the fun learning outdoors that they even dozed off on the way home...
Thank you as always parent helpers who made the day possible, we couldn't do it without you and we had so much fun!
