Yesterday, we had a wonderful shared experience with many of the other Redbridge primary and secondary schools. We went to the Royal Albert Hall and took part in the Redbridge Schools' Choral Festival.
This year's festival celebrated the life of the late Queen as well as charting the creation of Redbridge as a borough and it's development through the years. It was a fantastic experience for both the participants and for the audience too.
Our pupils did the school proud, singing magnificently and featuring as part of the video 'behind-the-scenes' footage. The children chosen to appear spoke incredibly well and really added to the significance of the event.
A huge thanks you to everyone involved, Miss Bovolenta and Miss Khan for all their hard work building up to the event, to Redbridge Council and to the Redbridge Drama Centre for all their support and guidance throughout.
