The wheels on the bus go round and round

 As part of our topic, we took the Reception children for a ride on the train and the bus.

The children were excited to walk to Hainault Station to catch the Central Line train.

The children were extremely sensible while they waited on the platform for our train.

It was lovely to hear the children's excitement as the train set off for Fairlop.

We got to our destination and walked to Fairlop Waters.

It was great to visit the Boulder Park. The children had fun investing the area. They even found a cave!

The weather remained dry long enough for us to have a picnic.

The excitement continued as we completed the final journey of the day.
We caught the 462 bus back to school.

Reception had a great day using public transport.
