On Tuesday 21st February year 4 went on a trip to the SWESRS Synagogue in Newbury Park. The children took part in singing traditional Jewish songs, identified important artefacts found in the synagogue and had some opportunities to dress up in traditional Jewish clothing.
Before we left, the children got to sample Challah bread and grape juice. We were very proud of how the children conducted themselves both on the tube journey and at the synagogue.
