The Iron Man by Ted Hughes.
Year 3 have started their new text- the Iron Man. They have loved it so far! It's a mysterious book and so far we have explored the wonderful figurative language and the impact of repetition. Today, Year 3 used drama to investigate how the the two eye witness (two seagulls) felt witnessing the Iron Man crashing down the cliff face and created questions to ask the gulls in preparation for tomorrows lesson. They then acted as the seagulls and answered their friends questions.
