On the 21st April, Year 6 had an amazing opportunity to 'Zoom a Scientist' in America. This was organised by the lovely Miss Winston, who is Head of Science, and was intended for both year 6 classes to participate in. Unfortunately, due to a technical hitch, 6 Ennis did not get to meet her.
Miss Courtney, the young scientist, went live from Boston at 9:30am (2:30pm our time). We learnt a lot about the brain and how it works and she ended with answering any questions the class had. It was a great experience and as it was recorded, here are some screen shots from the session...
