Year 6 has been looking at pop art. This is an idea that uses primary colours, strong black outlines and comic book style imagery. A particular artist we have studied is Roy Lichtenstien. He was American and he started developing the use of onomatopoeias with bold colours as pieces of art. We have completed some of our own work using the same technique. What do you think?
