To finish our learning of the Julia Donaldson story 'Room on the Broom', we made bread.
'The witch had a cat and a very tall hat,
And long ginger hair which she wore in a plait.'
We made a Ginger Plait Loaf
The recipe we followed was taken from the Room on the Broom Cookbook.
The children really enjoyed getting involved and making the bread.
