The wheels on the bus go round and round

The sun was shining as we left school for our adventure to Fairlop Waters.

As part of our topic 'The Wheels on the Bus', the children have been learning about different ways of travelling.

We caught a train at Hainault Station.

The children were very excited as the train left the station on our way to Fairlop.

We had a mid-morning snack before setting off for the play area.

The children demonstrated their climbing and balancing skills at the play area.

Before our journey back to school, we had a picnic at the boulder park.

Sadly, it was time for us to leave Fairlop Waters.
However, it was very exciting catching a bus back to school.

What an adventure!
