Over the term we have been reading traditional tales in Reception.
Most of these stories have animal characters.
We went to Old MacDonald's Farm to see some of these animals close up.
We were excited to get to the farm on a double decker bus.
When we got to the farm, we had a guide who showed us the animals and also let us pet them.
After seeing some the animals, we washed our hands and had our lunch outdoors.
After lunch we had a train ride and a trip on the carousel.
It was a great day out.
